This nice house was built in 1935 and has a living area of 150 sq.m consisting of 2 floors. On the first floor there is only one room which is used for a storehouse. The second floor is divided into 4 nice rooms.There is electricity and water already supplied. There is a nice summer kitchen with area 30 sq.m. attached to the house.
