This large rural house needs some investments to become fit to live in. It is situated in the attractive Smolyan region in the south Rhodopes mountain some kilometers from the famous ski resort of Pamporovo.
The region is perfect for rest providing excellent conditions for skiing in the winter, fishing and hiking in the summer. Hunting is available all the year. The area is gorgeous rich in natural and historical sights. All these reasons are enough to pay attention to this offer.
The house is two storey made from stone and has not been recently inhabited. That is why full renovation like plastering inside, rendering outside and changing the windows is necessary. We recommend you using our local workers for all needed repairs. Total living area is about 80 sq.m. divided into four rooms.
Running water and electricity are available. There are toilet and bathroom outside. The yard is relatively big at the rate of 600 sq.m.
