This is a house located in a quiet village in Yambol area some 30 km away from the district center. The village is not a big one and perfect if you are looking for privacy and peaceful atmosphere. It lies in good fishing and hunting area close to the main road connecting the cities of Yambol and Burgas.
The house is at the end of the village. It is two storey with four rooms and total living area of 120 sq m. On each floor there are two rooms connected with a small corridor. The house is brick built with trimmer joists. It is structurally sound but needs repairs to become a cosy second home abroad. The building is supplied with electricity and water and telephone line could be installed upon request. The garden is big enough spreading over 1200 sq m. There are additional farm structures, garage and well for irrigation. The village is 60 km far from Burgas or about 40 minutes driving. Some 13 km away from the settlement a new golf course is planned to be built.
