Main instrument for combating the crisis in Bulgaria are the investors, claimed the minister of economy and energy Peter Dimitrov at the award ceremony for "Investor of the year" yesterday, informed BNR.According to Dimitrov, Bulgaria ranks second in investment attractiveness in the world. The country is outpassed only by Hong Kong. The government will put efforts in preserving these positions, promised the minister of economy.Despite the promises, 2008 marks a serious drop in the investments compared to last year.
