We offer you a cosy rural house situated in a charming village only 15 km from the beach. The village is small exceeding 600 permanent residents. It is quiet and offers beautiful views and access all year round. There are pubs, restaurants, food shops, kindergarden and school, 24h medical service and regular bus transport to Dobrich. The village lies in ecologically clean area with great variety of birds spending the winter in the near lakes of Shabla and Durankulak. The town of Shabla is close to the village and Kavarna is about half an hour driving.
The house is solid brick built and accessible all year round through asphalt road. There are 3 bedrooms, lounge and basement. Electricity and water are available as well as telephone line.
The plot of land that goes with the house is 940 sq m. it is all in regulation and could be split into two smaller plots.
