Varna Airport With Regular Flights To 24 Destinations 09/06/2008
Varna airport had serviced over 185,000 people since the year started until May. This is 8% growth compared to the last period last year, informed from the airport administration. The bigger possibilities for traveling are the low-cost air companies. There are many flights to the Denmark and the German capitals - Copenhagen and Berlin and also to Dusseldorf and Koln (Germany). Bulgarian resorts ranked at the bottom of the price lists of British tour operators, Krassimir Stanev, executive director of Albena Jsc, said at a news conference, Dnevnik daily reported. That is not, however, where Albena wants to be. A large number of British tourists were put off by the higher prices at Albena seaside resort, and have opted for a holiday in Slunchev Bryag (Sunny Beach), Stanev said.
