700m Eur Spent By Bulgarians For Holidays Abroad In 2006

Bulgarians had spent around 700 million EUR for resting abroad last year, reported the of State Agency of Tourism, quated by Bulgarian site News.bg. Bulgarians most visited destinations in 2006 were Turkey, Greece and Macedonia.

12% increase is noticed this year among the Bulgarians that travel abroad. Most often they go to Turkey, Macedonia and the countries from Central Europe, said from the State Agency of Tourism.

Meanwhile the interest of the Bulgarian tourist to local seaside does not go down. Bulgarian tourists are most frequently met on resorts like Sunny Beach.
