There is a possibility for the two factories to be liquidated, stated Shuleva in an interview in local BTV. She defined the deals as ‘pure robbery'. According to her words, there was interest towards the licenses and the market, not to the machines and equipment. If small factories with licenses are going to be sold trough the market, this will lead to drop in the prices of the big enterprises, ex Minister Shuleva explained. Because of the already delayed with years privatization of ‘Bulgartabac', the market of the company drops from 100 to 60%, adding that the state has no long-term policy in the sector. Colliers Croatia To Lease Major International Shopping Center In Sibenik 14/03/2008
Colliers International Croatia has announced that it is the exclusive leasing agent for the upgrade and extension of Dalmare Shopping Center in Sibenik. The second phase of the Dalmare development extension, which will transform it into an international-style regional shopping center, will be completed in spring 2009. The 50 million euro investment will increase the size of the shopping center to 54 000 sq m of gross leasable area. The upgrade is being undertaken by the investor, Zagreb Montaza group, which has over 1 000 employees and an annual turnover of nearly 100 million euro. Dalmare Shopping Center is placed on the main Sibenik-Split road, at the junction of the Zagreb-Dubrovnik highway.
