The village is situated near the bank of a river, running towards the Danube. It is a well organized one and has very good communications. All amenities are nearby. The border to Romania is 35 minutes away. The area is rural and peaceful, suitable for agriculture. The area is famous with fishing and hunting. It is a peaceful place to spend your holiday.
The house we offer is a big 2-storey one and comprises of 4 rooms, a corridor and a basement. It is solid, with good foundations. However it needs some work on it. We can recommend builders to you and upon request we can supervise the whole renovation project.
