A large house close to the Black sea coast! What could be better than that. The house is situated in a big village that is only 40 km away from the Black sea and especially from Burgas- one of the biggest cities on the coast.
The house has 2 floors with a kitchen, living room and 6 bedrooms spread on 200 sq. m. There is no internal toilet but it will not be a problem for our builders to install one for you because there actually is an internal bathroom.
Telephone, running water and electricity are available. There are 2 sinks inside the house and 1 made out of stone outside in the garden.
The yard is quite large (800 sq. m). The beautiful garden is full of plants. It is so relaxing in the summer when you sit in the shade and just enjoy the peace.
There are additional buildings in the yard- a garage and a shed.
What is in advantage is that the village is pretty big and you are just so close to the Black sea. It is the perfect place a family vacation. You are going to love it!!!
