Holiday Village located in the immediate proximity to the village of Sveti Vlas (500 m.) and is approx. 200 m. from the sea. Nestled in the charming Bulgarian countryside, Buena Vista Holiday Village lures the holidaymakers for retreat and relaxation. It is surrounded with forest and green areas that underline the unspoiled nature of the spot.

Sandwiched between the Stara Planina mountain range and the Black Sea coast, St. Vlas (Sveti Vlas) has an ideal location for leisure and family holidays. In addition to the natural beauty of the village, the Mediterranean climate, clean sea, 1700 hours of sunshine from May until September and the average daily temperature of 27єC in the summer makes it a preferable place for family leisure.

In the vicinity of the complex are situated the posh Bulgarian resorts: Elenite, Sunny Beach and Nessebur. It is 7 km northeast of the well-known resort of Sunny Beach, 5 km east of the luxurious Holiday Village Elenite and 10 km north of the ancient town and resort Nessebur. To the south it faces a small picturesque bay in the center of which stretches the Sunny Beach resort.

The booming tourist industry has turned the village of St.Vlas into a very popular place among foreign property buyers. The climate and infrastructure makes it ideal for residential tourism and sound investment since the purchase of a new construction property in this area is very limited, as land available for development has greatly diminished.

Middle-aged Bulgarians have embraced the philosophy of healthy living and recreation, increasingly opting for spa-resort vacations, according to the monthly survey of the tourist website travel.bg. The quality and variety of offered spa services, not prices, are the key decision-making factors for Bulgarians choosing a hotel, according to the research. The price of 100 leva a day, charged for an overnight stay in a four-star hotel with spa procedures included, is considered a reasonable tourist package offer. Hotels At Bulgarias Black Sea Coast Left Unsold 10/03/2008
Investors in Bulgaria’s coastal regions are failing to find buyers for their newly-built hotels. Nearly 30 new hotels were offered for sale over the past year, 24 Chassa daily reported. Only 250 hotels were on sale in southern coastal regions. The hotels are being sold in all stages of construction. The average price is 856 euro a sq m. Most of the hotels for sale were in the resorts of Sveti Vlas (St Vlas), Slunchev Bryag (Sunny Beach) and Chernomorets. Experts said that there was a lack of buyers in these resorts, because the most tourists there were foreigners, who preferred buying apartments in complexes, instead of staying in hotels.
