We bring to your attention a furnished on-bedroom apartment located in a gated residential complex in the center of Sunny Beach. The complex is situated in between the police and the polyclinic.
The apartment is on the third floor. It consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and toilet, a terrace. It is sold furnished with everything you need - refrigerator, stove, washing machine, TV, air conditioner.
The apartment is large enough to accommodate two families with children can stay. The terrace is not on facing the main road.
The complex is guarded. There is elevator for your convenience. There is a swimming pool at the back of the property, which is only used by the residents of the complex. There is a cafe and a grocery store in the building as well. The beach is about 10 minutes on foot, 2-3 minutes by car.
