We offer to you 15 apartments situated in a residential building that is in stage of construction. The property lies in one of the biggest seaside resorts of Bulgaria – Sunny Beach. The building is situated at the western section of the resort less than half a mile from the beach in one of the most peaceful and quiet part of the resort. Only 100 m away is the entertainment Aqua Park that offers great number of attractions and pools. The plot of the building is 1280 sq.m large providing space for greenery and playgrounds.

We suggest you 2 studious - 26 sq.m and 15 one-bedroom apartments – 50 – 76 sq.m.

Way of finishing of the apartments:

· Walls and ceilings – latex paint

· Bathroom – terracotta and faience tiles, sanitary ware – toilet, washbasin, boiler, accessories

· Corridor – floors with terracotta tiles, walls and ceilings – white latex paint

· Windows frames – PVC, double paned. Inside doors – MDF.

Common parts of the building are finished according to the architectural plan.

Upon owners’ request additional services can be provided (not included in the price):

· cleaning and ventilation of the apartments all year round;

· repairs of the apartments;

· payment of the overhead expenses for the apartments, such as taxes, electricity, water etc.

· furnishing of the apartments;

· other services, needed by the owners for their convenience.

Maintenance:

· maintenance of the territory;

· maintenance of the common parts of the buildings;

· maintenance of the green area;

· year round 24 hours security;

· electric lighting of the common territory;

· electric lighting of the common parts of the building.

The owners of apartments pay a one-year fee of 5 € per sq.m /price do not include VAT/
