· payment of the overhead expenses for the apartments, such as taxes, electricity, water etc.

· furnishing of the apartments;

· other services, needed by the owners for their convenience.

Maintenance:

· maintenance of the green area;

· year round 24 hours security;

· electric lighting of the common territory;

The owners of apartments pay a one-year fee of 5 € per sq.m /price do not include VAT/
