This is an apartment complex situated in the area of Sarafovo on the first line from the sea. The quarter lies on the south Black Sea coast between the ancient town of Sozopol and Nessebar, and it’s very close to the road between Bourgas and Sunny Beach. Sarafovo has an expanding international airport in 10 min distance. The quarter is 10 km away from the center of Bourgas and 30 km north from Sozopol, 10 km south from Pomorie and 30 km from Nessebar and Sunny Beach resorts. 3 km south from the quarter spreads The Nature Reserve "Atanasovsko ezero". This lake can definitely be called "the bird paradise" of Bulgaria, as there are 316 species of birds, migrating, wintering and nestling here. The distance to the sandy beach is 200 m.
The complex has splendid view and delightful atmosphere of fresh mountain air. It contains of two buildings A and B and a pool.

The building site lies on 9000 sq m and has 16 500 sq m all-out construction area. The sea food restaurant takes 600 sq m . There are also out-door bar space with 80 places capacity, tables with about 100 seats, surrounding one of the pools. This five-storey complex consists of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, studios, and maisonettes. All of them have views of the sea. The whole building is safeguarded, with restricted access for non-residents. There are underground parking places.

Bulgaria has been ranked ninth among Germany's most popular tourist destinations by the GIATA-Ranking Agency, the Bulgarian Union of Tourism Investors announced.
