If you would like to reserve a property you need to deposit 1000 euro. Within 14 days we expect to sign a Preliminary contract.

• First installment - 30 % of the asking price when signing the Preliminary contract
• Second installment - 30 % of the asking price when the second concrete slab is completed
• Third installment - 30 % of the asking price when the roof of the building is reached or when Act 14 is issued
• Fourth installment - 10 % of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is issued

Building starts in December 2008.

Completion date - May 2010.
