4. Deposit - 1000 EUR

1-st installment - 70% - within 30 days after the deposit, 4% discount

2-nd installment - 20%- within 90 days

3-rd installment - 10% - at "act 15" issued

5. Deposit - 1000 EUR

1-st installment - 50% - within 30 days after the deposit, 2% discount

2-nd installment - 30% - within 90 days

3-rd installment - 10% - within 90 days

4-th installment - 10%- at "act 15" issued

Completion term - 30.06.2010.

* All taxes for ownership transfer of the properties will be on the investor's behalf.
