We offer you several apartments in a newly built residential building in the town of Pomorie. They are located on the north-eastern part of Pomorie, 15 minutes away from the Burgas International Airport and Sunny Beach. The apartment building is situated between the shores of the Black sea and the Pomorie salt lake. It is 5 storey with several shops and 24 apartments. The first floor has five shops; the next four floors are residential with six apartments on each floor. The apartments are already finished and ready to use.

The building is neighbouring the 5 star balneohotel “Pomorie which offers a unique combination of services like medical, spa and wellness center, football stadium and the fitness hall. There area some 400 m from to the center of the town and another 400 m to the beach.

The beach strip is about 5 kilometers long and about 30 meters wide. It’s covered with dark sand, which allows for better sun ray absorption, favoring a good tan. The color of the sand is due to the higher quantities of iron and manganese. The sea bed is slightly sloped, which makes it an excellent spot for swimming.

Pomorie is well known since ancient times. The lime mud, for which it’s famous, was used during all ages until present days. The healing properties of the mineral waters on the territory of the Pomorie municipality have also been known in ancient times. Most of them spring from big depths, which guarantee their purity.

The proximity of Pomorie with two other ancient settlements, proclaimed cultural monuments, the town Nessebar and the town of Sozopol, offer the visitors a chance to experience antiquity, as well as to enjoy the local attractions of the two unique tourist centers.

The slow cooling properties of the sea water favor a warm and prolonged autumn. The winter is soft, and snowing is rare. Those weather conditions allow for the operation of the resort from early spring until late autumn, especially for sun and sea therapies.
