Rental Management

Update for The Stream Resort - 10 May, 2008
The laminated flooring in the apartments continues to be laid out. Ceilings and walls are completely finished and all internal doors are mounted.
Electric switches and sockets are mounted, and the next few weeks the lamps will be installed too. Living room sets and furnishing for the apartments (except the kitchens) is ready and will be delivered after completion of the apartments.
Front View The construction of the supportive walls in the western part of the complex will be over soon. The water purifying station is mounted and the complex will be connected to it next week.
There is a delay in connecting the complex to the external electricity network. This process is to be performed by the local electricity company. We expect it to be ready in the beginning of June. Unfortunately, the complex can not be issued Certificate for Use without electricity, and as a result this Permit will be issued after connecting to the electricity network.
The elevators are ready and we expect the issuing of a certificate for their approval.
The fire safety installation is installed in the apartments and in the common areas. Electric, heating and ventilation systems are completed and next week they will be certified by the respective authorities.
Works continue in the reception area, restaurants and spa centre. Almost everywhere th walls and the ceilings are ready. Works continue on the flooring.
