This house is situated in a small lovely village only 37 km away from Varna. It enjoys divine nature and breathtaking panoramic views.
The house is massive three-storey high with total living area 120 sq m. On each floor there are two rooms, huge balconies and a bathroom on the ground level. There is a big 1 000 sq m yard and a small river is passing right next to it. On each floor there are two rooms and a corridor furthermore on the ground level is situated a bathroom. The stairs are outside the house. The fundaments are 40 cm by 50 cm plus two concrete slates on the first and the second floor. The roof was made by the best quality materials for its time.
