Two plots with house projects

The plots that we offer are located in a village just 8 km from the sea and the city of Bourgas, 10 km from the International Airport and 20 km from one of the biggest Black sea resorts- Sunny beach. The village is very bustling, situated in ecologically clean region. There are shops, cafes and all kinds of communications. The village has about 3500 inhabitants.Each one of the plots comes with a project for a house. The 2 plots are right next to each other with the size of 477 sq m each. The houses from the projects are 108 sq m large each. The plots are at the end of the village with beautiful view towards the city. Both of the plots have an easy access by an asphalt road.
