This is a project for two luxury houses for sale, located just 500 m from the famous Palace of Queen Maria and Botanical garden in the resort and town of Balchik.
Both houses are going to be build in Old Bulgarian style, each with 100 sq m of living area, and own garden of 420m2 with car place.
The first floor is going to have a fully furnished living room with equipped kitchen box, sanitary unit and a veranda with barbeque. The second floor will have three bedrooms with bathroom and toilet.
The garden will have a possibility for building a swimming pool, between the two houses, at request. There will be a cable TV, radio, Internet, secure system. The properties are within a five minute walking from shops, places of interest, post office, and all communications.
