We are delighted to bring to your attention this old, authentic stone-built house located in a picturesque Rhodope village in Chepelare Municipality.
The year of construction is 1900. The total living area of the house is 130 sq m and the size of the parcel is 300 sq m. Each of the stone walls has a thickness of 60 cm. The house has completely new roof and sewerage system. The property is suitable for rural tourism or other investment.
The house has three floors - each with an area of 65 square meters. The ground floor is below the street level and has access from the garden and the second floor. The second floor is accessed from the street. There is also an additional farm building that could be converted into a barbecue or a service room. It has an area of 54 square meters.
The village is a preferred starting point for many tourist routes and it is naturally developing rural tourism. In the area there are more than 20 chapels, here is the longest in Bulgaria eco-trail, a famous rock phenomenon, and many other tourist attractions.
The ski resort of Chepelare is at 27 km and the famous Pamporovo – at 38 km.
