Bulgaria’s real estate market would soon reach its saturation point, while Romania still had options to develop, The Diplomat Bucharest reported. Large Spa Complex To Be Built In Bulgarias Varshets 12/03/2008
The Bulgarian town of Varshets will boast a large spa and balneology complex, to be completed by August 2009. The complex will cover 5000 sq m with a total built-up area of nearly 15 000 sq m, Pari daily reported. The plan envisions a five-star hotel and a holiday apartment complex.
