The following property is located in a picturesque village in northeastern Bulgaria. The village is part of Balchik Municipality, Dobrich District. It lies 28 km to the north of Varna, 25 km away from Varna International Airport, and 4 km away from Albena resort.
The village enjoys an extensive view to the mountains and the Black Sea. It has become one of the most sought after locations on the coast. It is surrounded with pinewoods making its air fresher. This is a unique place offering an incredible combination of sea, mountain, exceptionally clean air and lots of sunny days!
The offered house is old construction (year 1912). It has not been used in a while and requires major renovation. However, the construction is solid – brick, stone and concrete.
