We offer you a 2-storey house located in a peaceful village, about 60 km from Sofia.
It is a quiet and beautiful village with fresh air and beautiful views. The house is in its center, just opposite a shop and a cafe with a playground. The village has street lighting and sewerage. The neighboring village of Mirkovo has a primary school, kindergarten, many shops, pharmacy, ATM, restaurant, etc. There is regular transport to the big towns nearby.
The house has two floors with the following distribution:
First floor - large room that can be used as a basement, kitchen, living room, tavern, workshop and more, a second small room, which has been renovated with new flooring and insulation.
Second floor - 4 rooms in good condition. These rooms need more work, as there is fallen plaster from the ceiling, but it is not something striking.
