The property is located in one of the most picturesque places in the country – Svilengrad area.
It is set in a small, neat village, located at the foot of the Eastern Rhodopes. There are many historical and natural landmarks there, and the hospitality of the residents – unmatched. The settlement is 10 km southwest of Svilengrad, 25 km northwest of Kapitan Andreevo checkpoint and about 75 km southeast of Haskovo. The population is about 420 people.
