The property is located in Varna district and very close to the city. The house is old and needs some renovation but with little investment it will become a cosy home for it`s new owners. It is located in a village 25 km from Varna and the seaside and 20 km from the International Airport and "Metro" store. The location of the village is very good and the area is clean. The village is on side of a second-class highway which assures swift access to every point on the north-eastern coast of the Black Sea. It is lovely big village settled on several hills. There are natural fountains with mineral water in the village; also there are local and food shops, cafés, post office, bus stop, etc.
