The house is located in the small town of Vetren, neat the municipal center Pazardzhik. Vetren is a good town for living as well as for rest and recreation. It has two pharmacies, a school, a kindergarten, many shops, a gym, a gas station and restaurants. The house is just 200 meters from the city center. There is quick access to the Trakia highway, which can take you to Sofia in 45 minutes (80 km) and Plovdiv in 35 minutes (70 km). The area benefits with unique climate and nature being at the foot of Ihtimanska Sredna Gora.
The house is completely renovated, has new electrical installation, new piping, drywall, insulation, new windows, new bathroom, varnished wooden floors, new doors and much more. There are two floors with the following layout:
- First floor - large tavern-type room, transitional room used for a kitchen.
- Second floor - bathroom, kitchenette, and three bedrooms.
The yard is flat and quite large, there is also a summer kitchen of 16 sq m.
The house is currently undergoing finishing works, which can be coordinated with the requirements of the future owners. A new fence, a new outdoor sink and concrete walkways in the are yet to be installed.
