This is a beautiful, two-storey house with huge yard located close to Varna. The house was renovated in the traditional Bulgarian style, which makes it very suitable to be used as a tavern or a guest house. It is about 45 km northwest from Varna, in a picturesque village with lovely nature.
The house has two floors. The first one consists of a kitchen, a living room made into a tavern with a huge fireplace and a furnace. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a corridor and a bathroom with a toilet. The first floor is built of stone and the second one is made of bricks.
Adjacent to the house there is a summer kitchen with a big table, a barbecue and a fountain – 30 sq m. There is also a garage – 24 sq m. The yard is about 3000 sq m. The garden is planted with apricots.
The village is calm, clean, no crime, ideal place for rest and permanent living. There are grocery stores, post office. The town of Valchi Dol is 3 km away and Suvorovo 6 km away.
