Our next offer presents itself a rural property located at the foot of the Chirpan Heights, just 15 km from Chirpan, 46 km from Stara Zagora, 50 km from Plovdiv and Asenovgrad and about 60 km from Haskovo and the town of Dimitrovgrad
The property comprises of an old residential building with stone foundations and wooden ceilings, a summer kitchen and additional farm buildings.
The house was built in 1965. It consists of two bedrooms, a corridor, a kitchen and an internal bathroom. All windows have wooden joineries except for the kitchen, which has PVC windows.
