Near the house there is an additional building on one floor made of bricks, with windows, unpainted, also a two-storey barn and shed. The plot is 3500 square meters and is planted with a variety of fruit trees. There is water and electricity.

To the south the property is bordered by an asphalt road. It is at a distance of 12 km from Troyan, and the Troyan Monastery. It is facing south, with picturesque panorama to Central Balkan Mountains. Adjacent to the house there is a newly constructed another house (seen from the pictures). The fence between the two houses will be restored after it is finished and the site cleaned. In proximity to the village there is a small lake, several Thracian mounds, two fortresses destroyed - probably from the Second Bulgarian kingdom.
