The house is new, brick construction, with a total living area of 243 sq m, on three floors. It was finished in 2009.
The property is situated in a distant neighborhood of Burgas, about 15 minutes from the center of the city. The house is fully finished and furnished. It is ready for year-round living. It is equipped local heating via pallet burner with radiators, new Panasonic air conditioners in each room, quality parquet floors, a jacuzzi, etc. All rooms have large windows to allow maximum natural light.
