The house is located in the beautiful Treven Balkan, 3 kilometers from the town of Plachkovtsi. The building comprises of two floors and inside consists of three rooms, a tavern and a kitchen. An internal bathroom can be easily built (currently there is an external bathroom). At the front of the house there is a barbecue with a furnace.
The house is in good condition. The roof of the house has been repaired. In the tavern there is a fireplace with a water jacket, which heats the whole house. The window frames have been replaced with wooden ones with glazing. The ceilings are paneled. There is also external insulation. The property has its own water source.
The total living area of the house is 80 sq m. In the yard there is a barn of 30 sq m. The yard itself is 1500 sq m. There is a fruit garden with apples, cherries, walnuts, quinces, loquats, pears, dogwoods and hazelnuts.
A creek runs next of the house and the place is surrounded with forests. The area is peaceful.
