Wonderful house, located in the foothills of the Balkan Mountains, just 5 km from the center of the town of Troyan.
The property benefits with year-round access by car. There is water and electricity supply. The place is very picturesque, with clean air and amazing nature. The house is a three-storey monolithic building with concrete slabs between the floors. The distribution inside is the following:
First floor - equipped kitchen, a tavern for 8 - 10 people with a fireplace, a WC, new bathroom and a sauna.
Second floor – bedroom with a sofa bed and a library, and another bedroom with two beds
Third floor - two transitional bedrooms with two single beds and an attic.
In the courtyard outside there is a barbecue, a separate fireplace, a huge porch with another fireplace, a small well, a small vegetable garden, a large well-maintained garden with fruit trees and concrete walkways.
