Furnished and equipped one-bedroom apartment in a new building in Mladost 3.
The apartment is on two levels (maisonette typoe). The distribution of the rooms inside is very functional. On the first level there is a kitchenette (kitchen cabinets are included in the price) and a living room, exit to a large balcony. There are stairs to the second level. Under the stairs there is an additional space used for a closeт. In the second floor there is a bedroom and a separate bathroom and toilet. There is a possibility to move the toilet to the bathroom and use the space.
The apartment is on the top floor. It has slight slopes at the windows. There is central heating in the building, but the radiators in the apartment are demounted and only the hot water is used. There are two air conditioners, which are included in the price.
The apartment is located near the Alexander Teodorov Balan metro station and several bus stops. Very communicative area, close to the Business Park.
