The house is located in the center of Burgas, meters from the sea garden and the beach.
It has three floors. The first floor is suitable for an office or a separate apartment. The second floor consists of an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a kitchen and a dining area, a laundry room, a toilet, a bedroom with a separate closet and a second bedroom with own bathroom and a toilet. On the third floor there is a vestibule, two large bedrooms with bathrooms and toilets, one of which has a bathtub.
The house is luxuriously furnished and finished. Most of it is made according to an individual design. The bathrooms are very stylish. The kitchen is fitted with high quality appliances. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning Goodman. The hot water is provided by solar panels connected to a 300-liter boiler.
The yard is large enough. There is a possibility to park two cars in it. Adjacent to the house there is a solid building serving as a warehouse.
