This is a luxury house near the residence "Evksinograd" in Varna. We present you a great house located in a quiet luxury neighborhood on the outskirts of Varna, near the resort "St. Konstantin and Elena" and government residence "Evksinograd". The neighborhood is mostly built with luxurious houses and the street is paved and lighted.The nearest bus stop is just 400 meters away. The sea is about 2 km; Varna is at about 6 km on the highway.
The house was built in the late 2008. It has a heating system with radiators and fireplace + UPS, air conditioners of the highest class, Wi-Fi, digital cable TV, Internet and telephone lines. At the front door there is a large covered porch with place for games and recreation - a bench and barbecue.
On the second floor are the master bedroom with balcony, closet and bathroom, kid's room on two levels, a bathroom and a guest room with bathroom. The kids room is for 3-4 children, as the beds are on the second level, and the first level is a place to study or work. Both levels are connected with inner staircase. On the second level of the kid's room there is a separate, large game room that has the opportunity to be rearranged into a private bathroom and WC.
There is also a lower level which consists of an apartment - one bedroom with bathroom and living room overlooking the courtyard to the south. At this level are also located the technical premises.
