The development is situated in one of the most popular Black Sea resorts-Nessebar which is an ancient town with great history. Customers have the opportunity to choose one of three different types of full luxury furniture included in the price of the apartment.

Maintenance:
The annual fee for a square meter is 5 Euro.It covers:

• Maintenance of the swimming pool;
• Maintenance of the territory of the whole complex;
• Maintenance of the common parts;
• Maintenance of the green area;
• Year round security;
• Electric lightning of the common parts.

The owners have the option for an additional payment and the following services can be provided:

• Cleaning and ventilation of the apartments during the whole year;
• Repairs of the apartments;
• Payment of the overhead expenses such as taxes, electricity, water, etc.

Terms of payment:

• Deposit-1000E;
• 30% of the sales price when signing the preliminary contract for sale;
• 20% of the sales price in one month after signing the preliminary contract;
• 20% of the sales price in two months after the second payment;
• 20% of the sales price in three months after the third payment (when the building is completed outside and inside);
• 10% of the sales price when the apartment is transferred to the owner.
