The property is located in a quiet place with a wonderful view of the Balkans! The village is small, with only essential amenities, but it is close to the main road and is easily accessible. It is 7 km. from the center of Gabrovo.
The house is two-storey. It has solid foundations, reinforced concrete structure and brick walls. The total living area is 36 sq m. The upper floor consists of an entrance hall, two rooms, a small utility room and a large terrace overlooking the Balkans.
