The village is quite big and there already are a few houses sold to English people. The town of Sredets which is the bigger town in the area and offers everything necessary for a normal living is only 8 km far. There are restaurants, shops, pubs and etc. there. The municipality council of Shabla town presents land for three golf resorts, money.bg reveals quoting local online daily. The 100 million euro Azur del Mar holiday project on Cape Kaliakra is unlikely to come into fruition, citybuild.bg reported. The developer Kaliakra Invest Ltd suspended continuation due to the expiry of its legally prescribed period, the company’s commercial director Mariela Nikolova said.
