Payment plan:
- 1000 € - reservation fee
- 30%-on signing of the Preliminary contract
- 50%- on putting the roof on
- 20%- on full completion and Notary Deed
This is the fifth Phase of the complex. Phases 1,2,3,4 are already finished and completely sold out. The construction works of this phase will start 2010.
