The house is situated in a peaceful village set on the main road connecting Shoumen and Dobrich towns.
It is in a ten minutes walk and three minutes car drive away from the local shops and amenities. The village is 40 km away from Dobrich, 58 km from Shoumen and 70 km from Varna.
