The property consists of a house on two floors with total living area of 160 sq m and a yard - 900 sq m in size. It is situated in a quiet and picturesque village about 80 km south-west from Varna in a hilly forest region. Through the yard passes a small river, which is 1 meter wide and flows in the period of February - June. The yard is landscaped and is especially designed for a barbeque.
