The property is located in a village in north-east Bulgaria. The village is part of Dolni Chiflik Municipality, Varna District. It is situated in the river valley of Kamchia and is in a region which is rapidly developing. It is only 54 km from city of Varna and about 30km to the beach. The area has great possibilities for fishing and hunting - there is a lake and a hunting reserve nearby.
