The house is located in a picturesque village part of Antonovo municipality, Targovishte district. It is situated on an asphalt road at a distance of 2.5 km from the dam of Yastrebino and 1 km from the main road Sofia - Varna. It was built in 1987. The construction is solid with seismic rings. Plumbing installation is completely renewed and the wastewater is dumped into the village sewer. The heating in winter is due to the central heating powered by solid fuel boiler. The hot water is provided by two boilers.
The total area of the house is 250 square meters and consists of:
- First floor: Living room on two levels with fireplace, kitchenette and a separate kitchen, tavern with 20-30 seats, bathroom, boiler premise and a storage.
- Second floor: Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces.
The house has a yard with size 1200 square meters, a stone wall facing the asphalted road and a massive gate.
