This is a small house located on the southern foothills of the beautiful Vitosha Mountain.
The property is situated in a picturesque village included in the municipality of Samokov, Sofia district. The distance to the town of Samokov is 32 km and the capital of Bulgaria – Sofia is 44 km to the north.
The house consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and glazed veranda. There is electricity and water (plumbing). In the yard there is also a well. The house stands on an asphalt road with year-round access.
The total living area is 50 sq m. The size of the garden is 380 sq m. The house was built in 1988.
There is regular bus transport from Sofia and Samokov. Through the village passes the River Palakaria, which flows into the Iskar dam. The area is known for its clean air and beautiful nature.
