Two-storey house located in the beautiful Stara Planina Mountain.
The house was built in the fifties, but renovated and very well preserved. It is located in a picturesque and rapidly developing village near the town of Pirdop (8 km). It is 5 minutes from the center, facing a newly asphalted road.
The property is supplied with electricity and water. The house is two-storey. It has inside bathroom and toilet. The first floor consists of two rooms and a basement, and the second one comprises of three rooms and a vestibule. The house is fully furnished.
Outside in the yard there is also a summer kitchen, a large barn and some livestock buildings. There is a fruit garden with many fruit trees (apples, plums, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.). For their irrigation, there is a functioning well.
