The house is situated in a picturesque village in Pernik municipality, just 27 km from the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia. It is also 7 km north of Pernik. The village is large with a population of around 1000 people. It is very well developed with well-maintained infrastructure. There is a community center with library, town hall, shops, medical and dental practices. Nearest schools and health facilities are located in the municipal center - town of Pernik.
The house is single storied with total living area of 80 sq m. It has functional distribution of the premises and consists of the fallowing: living room with kitchen box, two bedrooms, bathroom with WC, and a corridor with basement. The house sits on a very well arranged plot of land with size 1100 sq m. It has much greenery and fruit trees, and also an additional agricultural outbuilding with a fireplace and oven.
