The house is located on the central lighted and asphalted street of the village. The main building is two-storey with the following distribution:
First floor - two rooms with sinks;
Second floor - three bedrooms;
Adjacent to the house there is another building with one room and a bathroom. There is also a summer kitchen, a cellar and a two-storey farm building. The property is sold with furniture.
The whole plot is 1600 square meters:

The village lies between three rivers, 30 km from the town of Pleven, 30 km from the town of Lovech, 110 km from the city of Sofia. It is a picturesque pre-Balkan area with fishing and rural tourism opportunities.
